Alex Cooper is pleased to present the estate of a local Baltimore resident and devoted rock fan since childhood. This Rock & Roll Auction is a shining example of a life’s passion becoming a profession. Having careers in both emergency medicine and security detail for local rock venues allowed our client the opportunity to form friendships with the bands he long admired growing up. Through his job, he had full access to the backstage and got to know many musicians. Over time, he amassed a formidable collection of rock & roll memorabilia. Everything ranging from collectible concert posters, photos, signed albums, to guitars and so much more. The collection features items from renowned musicians including The Beatles, Rolling Stones, Eric Clapton, Little Feat, U2, Led Zeppelin, Aerosmith, Guns N’ Roses, Grateful Dead, Kiss, Fleetwood Mac, The Who, The Police, REM, and Billy Joel, among others. You will find items dating from the 1960s through current day. After retirement, our client continued to visit with his favorites whenever they came through town, and added to his collection from other sources as well. Covering all genres of rock / pop music, this truly is a sale with something for everyone.
