second quarter-19th century; eight-section screen, top section with blue and white floral porcelain panel, then six large Famille Rose panels with sages and poets in garden, end panels with smaller scenic panel and blue and white panels with symbols of luck and prosperity, with row of similar blue and white top panels and then a row of eight Famille Rose panels of the Eight Immortals each riding a sea creature, with calligraphy, then a last row of eight blue and white panels and finally ending with eight blue and white shaped panels with geometric decoration, all set in painted wood screen frame that has been reconfigured for wall hanging, total size - 31 in. H., 56 in. W., each panel - 31 in. H., 7 in. W.
