For various tracts of land, mostly in Baltimore County (one in Anne Arundel and another in Calvert), all signed by colonial governors as the Proprietor's representative, including Benedict Leonard Calvert (1728), Horatio Sharpe (1754 and 1760), and Robert Eden (1769, another of 1759 is missing the signature); all are part-printed and written out on vellum, with fragmentary seals.
