Circa 1815; sarcophagus form birds eye maple tea caddy, with fitted interior, on onion feet, 6 1/2 in. H., 7 1/4 in. W. and inlaid burl walnut tea caddy with fitted interior on cast brass paw feet, 6 in. H., 7 3/4 in. W.
Condition
Maple caddy - crack in one top panel,wear to interior, walnut caddy - lacking escutcheon, finish blossoming, crack in one side, veneer loss on one side.
