Condition
Marks appear to be German/Bavarian. In overall good condition - without dents, splits or repairs. The finial is loose. The handle is a little loose at the joints

Maximilian Joseph Eugene Auguste Napoleon de Beauharnais, 1817-1852, 3rd Duke of Leuchtenberg, grandson of Josephine de Beauharnais. Then by descent through the family
