1855 Ty 2 Gold Dollar PCGS MS62 - Nice presentation with full luster over orange-gold fields. Clash marks found on both sides and the 8 in the date is weakly struck at the top. a few stray hairlines in the fields could have held it back from a higher grade. The survival rate of uncirculated Type 2 Gold Dollars was not high but the Baltimore Basement Hoard of 1934 had 215 uncirculated Type 2 dollars
