1843-D Liberty Gold $2.5 Small D NGC AU55. Small D variety not noted by NGC. Fairly easy to find up to AU, it becomes increasingly difficult in mint state. This one has a nice strike with all stars detailed. The reverse is a little more flashy than the obverse. A fine example from Dahlonega Georgia
