1870 Liberty Gold $10 NGC AU50 With a tiny mintage of 3,990 coins, this eagle is a rare bird in any grade and exceptionally so in AU or higher, with only 1 mint state coin at NGC. This coin had a really nice strike with well-detailed stars, hair curls and reverse central devices. Warmly reflective fields are only slightly bothered by the nicks and marks from a time spent in circulation. Good opportunity to pick up a rare eagle
