Auction Notice: Any modern handgun or weapon that requires registration with the Maryland State Police will incur a $35 dollar processing fee. All firearms and reproductions manufactured 1898 and after require all applicable federal and state paperwork. Maryland residents are only allowed one handgun purchase every 30 days. Also, Maryland residents must have a Handgun Qualification License in order to purchase a handgun. Guns purchased outside of Maryland must be shipped to an FFL dealer in your state of residence. Some items in auction may not be legal in your city or state. It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to make sure guns are legal before you bid. Firearms are sold AS-IS. Guns must be inspected by a reputable gunsmith prior to firing.
