Pratt of Maryland, May 4, 1847, concerning officers' promotions; and a letter to Thomas Sappington, Oct. 1, 1840, written on campaign letterhead of William H. Harrison, with the expression, "Main is O.K." .(Okay, "Oll Korrect," first entered the American language during the campaign)
