Anthony Wayne (1745-1796, Major General in Revolutionary War) autograph document signed: "Draught of the land of William Magor in Easttown Chester County," comprising about 35 acres, surveyed March 8, 1773; the plat elegantly drawn, showing the Radnor Church Rd., two streams, a house and barn; 1 p., 4to, about 9 1/4 x 7 1/2 in.
