Washington, Major General, Member of Constitutional Convention, last President and first Governor of Pennsylvania) three part-printed deeds for land in Northumberland Co., Pa., 1795-'96, each signed by Mifflin as Governor and James Trimble, secretary; each in folio format, with embossed seals.
Condition
All with folds and more or less wear from handling; two with considerable staining
