Baltimore, Maryland, circa 1830; carved and shaped cornice, pair glazed panel doors with adjustable shelves, bottom case with brush slide and a pair of cabinet doors, center drawer flanked by single drawer on each side, over three drawers and large drawer on each side, molded base, 105 in. H., 54 in. W., 19 in. D.
Condition
Dull finish, losses, spots of blooming, cracks in glass panels, in need of complete restoration
Provenance
Provenance states; originally purchased from Hammond Family of Annapolis. Their home is a museum house known as Hammond-Harwood house, before it was owned by Reverdy Johnson, Attorney General of the United States and later minister of the Court of England.
