Probably Pennsylvanian Epoch, 360-300 Ma: one side with surface of a tree trunk and portion of a large ribbed frond, the other side with assorted fern leaf fragments; 9 x 12 1/2 in.; and Similar Period, type characteristic of St. Clair, Pennsylvania, with fronds preserved in white and pale orange, 6 x 8 in.
