The coin has complete luster as expected with a mint state coin. As one would expect from a MS-60, it has bag marks on both sides and the abrasions led to MS-60 grade. Despite the marks, it has a nice original color and flashy appearance so for a 60, it might be 60-PQ with luster nicer than some higher graded coins
