Description
Fourth quarter, 18th century; elaborate cross hatch carved bonnet with broken arch pediment, reeded columns supports, with brass capitals, roundels, bases and finial, with etched brass face, with painted moon phase dial, and unusual "High Water At Bristol" etched table, calendar dial, second hand mechanism, with etchings of four seasons in each corner of face, face signed, "George White Bristol," case with reeded lamb tounge support, paneled base, 94 1/2 in. H., 19 1/2 in. W.
