With printed label inside: "Copy of David Techler," German, circa 1900: spruce top, figured maple body with two-part back, figured maple and ebony neck and scroll; 23 in. L. overall, the neck 9 1/2 in. L., 7 5/8 in. W., approx. 2 in. D. Accompanied by 3 bows, one very sturdy, marked "Gerlain?" under the frog, 28 1/4 in. L.; and a wooden "coffin" case.
