Comprising a collection of popular European music, primarily pieces by Jules Pasdeloupe (1819-'87, best known as a conductor), generally 3rd quarter 19th century, the first item in one volume inscribed, "Hommage de l'auteur a Monsieur le Baron A. de Rothschild" (Alphonse James de Rothschild, 1827-1905, financier, philanthropist); bound in a tall volume and an oblong volume, depending on orientation of the sheets, bound in red calfskin, with Rothschild monogram centered on the upper board of each volume.
