Paul Vincze was a Jewish-Hungarian artist who was born in 1907 and died 1994. He worked mainly out of London and produced plaques, medals and sculptures. Here are three plaques, two of which come with his personal COA. The plaque background is celluloid or bakelite and the object is oxidized silver: 1) John F Kennedy , 1973 and is #54 out of 500, 2) 25th Anniversary of the State of Israel and also #54/500, and 3) Moses and the 10 Commandments
