Update 10/28/24: The tear is along the seam where the collar meets the coat. It needs to be re-stitched. The tear is visible only if the collar is turned up. There is no indication, through a tag/label, that the non-fur side is water repellent. In overall good condition, fur is soft, without shedding, there is a tear along the collar, Bust: 40 in, Shoulders: 15 in., total overall length: 41 in.
