This series of Delaware notes tends to be expensive because they were printed by Ben Franklin and David Hall, with Hall being one of the three signers. The other two were William Armstrong and John Barns. This 20 Shilling note was the highest denomination. Reverse has the printers information, a Franklin leaf and the usual declaration of "To counterfeit is DEATH" Should grade VG
